The recent engagement of ETI's President, Eric Sobczak, served as the inspiration for the creation of the Wedding Planner. Sobczak's fiancé, Erica Baca remarked, "Planning a wedding is incredibly hectic and there is so much information to keep track of. The Wedding Planner has made things easier for us and our guests!"

The Wedding Planner allows the Bride and Groom to efficiently manage their guest list by tracking contact information, relationship to the Bride and Groom, RSVPs, gifts, thank you notes and other information. The Bride and Groom can also manage the Wedding details such as vendors, the wedding party, and location and times for the rehearsal dinner, reception, bridal shower, and ceremony.

Since the Wedding Planner is Web-based it will be readily accessible to the wedding guests. It displays where the Bride and Groom are registered, allows guests to send RSVPs and congratulations online and view the guest list.

The Bride and Groom can use the system to generate a Web page to announce their engagement. This page features an opportunity to introduce the couple and display a photo.
