Since the category names are customizable, any type of business can use the system. In addition, a logo can be added and colors can be modified to complement a corporate style.

The system allows users to create Proposal Option Sections and Proposal Option Types that fit within the scope of a particular business. Then users can create standard options that will frequently be offered to perspective clients. Sales people won't have to rewrite such options every time they write a proposal and proposals will remain consistent throughout a sales department.

The nature of the system prevents "cookie cutter" proposals from being generated. Custom Options can be included seamlessly for potential customers with unique needs.

Upon completion, the sales person can e-mail the proposal to the perspective client with just a click of the mouse. Or, they can provide the perspective customer with a URL link to a Web-based version of the proposal. Using the Web-based version, the potential buyer can check off the proposal options that they are interested in and indicate how they would like to proceed. With another click of the mouse, this information is sent back to the sales person.
