| COMPANY DIRECTORY FUNCTIONALITY ADDED TO INTRANET SOFTWARE |
| The Intranet Management System has been expanded to include the Company Directory System. The Company Directory System stores employee information, such as name, contact information and hire date. It also allows you to customize "Organizational Unit" and "Individual Type" categories for precise organization. The company directory system can be used to batch e-mail a given department or team within a department. Or, it can be used to create reports of all team managers in the Boston office. There is also a means for employees to create and mange their own records, which can streamline human resource processes. The Intranet Management System is powered by Macromedia's ColdFusion.
