With this functional application, tracking employees’ hours, time off and status is easier than ever. It can be easily integrated into a company intranet or can stand alone since it works in any Web browser.
A Web-based time clock tracks accurate clock-in and clock-out records:
- Employees can clock-in with a Web-based interface
- Payroll staff can view time reports with highlighted discrepancies
With this system, it’s easy to keep track of employees:
- Tracks individual employee schedules
- A real-time Status Board reports employees’ location (home, meeting, lunch, etc…)
- Quickly create a longevity report
Time-off requests can be make online! Here’s how it works:
- The Employee uses a Web-based form to request time off.
- Their manager will receive an e-mail with a link to the request.
- After the manager reviews the request an e-mail will automatically be sent to the employee notifying them if their request was approved or denied.
- All time-off requests are stored in a database for future reference. This makes it easy for a manager to coordinate staffing needs. It even tracks company holidays!
